Daredevil Pedals

From his origins in an 8’x10’ unheated basement shop, all the way to designing circuits for Dunlop and Electro Harmonix, Johnny Wator has driven Daredevil as a true labor of love and obsession. Initially building old school point to point and strip board circuits, the Daredevil roots lie in an affection for vintage circuits from the 60’s & 70’s, big ol’ hand wired tone machines. Almost all of Daredevil pedals are original design circuits that capture something unique, and fill a sonic void in Johnny’s personal quest for musical expression. The continual cycle of seeking out new ideas and approaches to classic tones for the modern age.
