Refund/Return Policy

Some notes about our returns policy:

  • We offer a 48 hr. approval period (from receipt of item) on all new items.
  • All returns must have an authorized R.A. # and must be returned as per our specific instructions within 7 days.
  • Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and instruction sheets etc. at your cost.
  • Items returned in the above fashion will qualify for exchange or if preferred, a full refund minus "actual" initial shipping costs, non-refundable paypal/credit card fees** and possibly customs fees (if return instructions are not adhered to strictly).  
  • Items returned in damaged or used condition are subject to suitable and reasonable restocking fees (TBD).
  • Please note: with respect to packages sent to international destinations, if an item shows up with any warranty issue, it is required that you deal with the manufacturer that offers the warranty directly. This may require you to send the item to the manufacturer at your cost.

** Refunds of payments made via Credit card/Paypal will be minus the 2.9-3.5% non-refundable Credit card/Paypal fees. This especially applies without exception to all non-shipped goods.
