Return Policy

Some notes about my returns policy:

  • I offer a 48 hr. approval period on all new items (except pre-built B.Y.O.C Pedals*).
  • All returns must have an authorized R.A. # and must be returned as per my specific instructions within 7 days.
  • Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and instruction sheets etc.
  • Items returned in the above fashion will qualify for a full refund (minus shipping costs) or exchange.
  • Items returned in damaged or used condition are subject to suitable and reasonable restocking fees (TBD).

* Please note that each pre-built pedal is custom built to order and as such there are no returns on Pre-Built pedals.  Pre-built pedals are warranted against failures due to defective parts or faulty workmanship for a period of 1 year after purchase by the original owner. During this warranty period, we will make any necessary repairs without charge for parts and labor. However, shipping charges to and from the repair location must be paid by the owner. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident or misuse. Any tampering, unauthorized service or modifications will render the warranty void.
